The WEB-CAB team is proud to present its new online knowledge base!

Our team has developed this dynamic and interactive platform in order to improve the customer experience and allow our partners to have access to a wide range of technical information related to our solutions and their use.

You can now search online to find answers to your common questions. You will also find all the training documents concerning our solutions.

How to use the online knowledge base?

  1. Go to
  2. At the top right, select Customer Zone
  3. Select option 3: Service Center
  4. Log in using your User and Password (if you do not have this information, we will be happy to help you)
  5. When connected, you should see the page below (if not, click on the WEB-CAB icon in the upper left)
  6. Type your question in the search bar
    * Tips and tricks to get the most relevant results possible: Use short phrases containing verbs and names. Ex: I want to configure doors. The search should be: door configuration or door configuration
  7. The results related to your search will be displayed and can be consulted
  8. You can also browse the different categories by clicking on the desired one on the home page
  9. Can not find your answer? Open a new ticket by clicking New request at the top left. A technician will be happy to answer you and add a new article corresponding to your question in order to continually improve the WEB-CAB knowledge base.
